We also got to show off some of the delicious things you can create with our mixes! We handed out samples of a perfectly sweet and nostalgic Pineapple Upside Down Cake, made with our Yellow Cake Mix. Everything about this recipe is amazing including that it is gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and nut-free!🍍 The longest part about making this cake is waiting for it to bake in the oven and then letting it cool before eating it! Dairy Free Mini Pumpkin Pies and Dairy Free Whipped Cream Recipes

What a wonderful time it was at Plum’s Cooking Company in Sioux Falls demonstrating our gluten-free baking mixes!  One of the items was dairy-free mini pumpkin pies with our Pie Crust Mix and dairy-free whipped cream.  Many people asked how to make the pies and the dairy-free whip cream. The Pie Crust Mix is also sugar free, which is great for people who are diabetic. And it great for chicken pot pie, but that is for another blog! I am going to share with you the delicious recipe for mini pumpkin pies and whipped cream from the demo! You can split your pie crust in half if you want to make some mini pies and one large pie with no top.  For the demo we made all mini pies, and it made about 45 mini pies.

Here is a recipe I wanted to share with you on how to make cornbread stuffing with Gluten Free Please’s Cornbread Mix. It is easy to the make the Cornbread Croutons and Stuffing ahead of time, and then when you are ready, you can stuff the turkey or bake it. Bake the Gluten Free Please Cornbread a day before you prepare the stuffing, so it has time to dry out.
