Pineapple Upside-Down Cake
We are so thrilled to be part of the wonderful Cooks and Bakers store in Sioux Falls! We had the chance to meet so many amazing customers, share the story behind our gluten-free baking mixes, and talk about how they bring joy and ease to your kitchens. 💛
We also got to show off some of the delicious things you can create with our mixes! We handed out samples of a perfectly sweet and nostalgic Pineapple Upside Down Cake, made with our Yellow Cake Mix. Everything about this recipe is amazing including that it is gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free and nut-free!🍍 The longest part about making this cake is waiting for it to bake in the oven and then letting it cool before eating it! Make sure you buy pineapple slices in water. The pineapple in syrup is too sugary for this recipe. Here is how to make this easy delicious cake.

Dairy Free Mini Pumpkin Pies and Dairy Free Whipped Cream Recipes
What a wonderful time it was at Plum’s Cooking Company in Sioux Falls demonstrating our gluten-free baking mixes! One of the items was dairy-free mini pumpkin pies with our Pie Crust Mix and dairy-free whipped cream. Many people asked how to make the pies and the dairy-free whip cream. The Pie Crust Mix is also sugar free, which is great for people who are diabetic. And it great for chicken pot pie, but that is for another blog! I am going to share with you the delicious recipe for mini pumpkin pies and whipped cream from the demo! You can split your pie crust in half if you want to make some mini pies and one large pie with no top. For the demo we made all mini pies, and it made about 45 mini pies.

Apple Cobbler Cake Recipe
There are many versions of how to best make Apple Cobbler or Apple Cake. I decided to combine the two into an Apple Cobbler Cake using Gluten Free Please Yellow Cake Mix. The results were amazing, and it smells and looks good too!

Options for Gluten Free Please Mixes without Eggs
There are many different egg replacement options and Gluten Free Please had a customer asking about what replacements are best for our mixes. Eggs can cause serious reactions for people who are allergic to eggs. The most common reactions are skin inflammation or hives, nasal congestion, and digestive symptoms. Gluten Free Please’s mixes do not contain eggs, but some of the mixes ask for eggs when making the mixes
