Get to Know Gluten Free Please

We are a small family business located in South Dakota with the goal of helping others who have issues with gluten or have other food allergies.

The owner, Jennifer has been preparing, cooking, and eating gluten-free since 2005. She was misdiagnosed several times before officially being diagnosed in 2017 at the Mayo Clinic with Lymphocytic Colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. She avoids gluten and follows the Low-FODMAP and low-fiber diet. Jennifer loves to bake and come up with recipes she can eat with her family and friends. Her husband, Dan also helps with the business is lactose intolerant. Jennifer has her own unique blend of base flours for Gluten Free Please’s delicious mixes. The base flour uses organic ingredients that are gluten free, soy free, dairy free, nut free and yeast free. Jennifer knows the importance of being gluten
free and the limited options available.

Gluten Free Please mixes are made in small batches in a dedicated gluten free and peanut free state licensed commercial kitchen. The easy-to-use baking mixes come in large quantity recyclable pouches. Gluten Free Please mixes are customizable to your dietary and allergen needs. Examples are using cow’s milk instead of rice milk or regular butter vs plant-based butter or adding chopped nuts or dried fruit to a mix. There are so many options when making the mixes. Please check the notes on the back of the mixes for ideas.
