Get to Know Gluten Free Please

Gluten Free Please is a small, family-owned business based in South Dakota, passionate about making gluten-free and allergen-friendly baking easy, delicious, and accessible.

Our founder, Jennifer, has been living gluten-free since 2005. She knows firsthand how difficult it can be — limited allergy-friendly options, mixes that didn’t taste good, cross-contamination concerns, expensive ingredients, and recipes that were time-consuming and frustrating. Wanting more control in her kitchen and better-tasting results, Jennifer set out to create baking mixes that are safe, simple, and satisfying.

Jennifer developed a proprietary gluten-free flour blend made with organic, allergen-friendly ingredients — always gluten-free, soy-free, dairy-free, and nut-free. We pride ourselves on never using artificial flavors or preservatives, because we believe you shouldn’t have to compromise on quality, flavor, or convenience when baking for yourself or your family.

Each of our baking mixes is handcrafted in small batches in a dedicated gluten-free, peanut-free commercial kitchen. We package our mixes in large, recyclable pouches for more value, and every mix is designed to be easily customized to fit your dietary needs. Whether you swap in dairy-free butter, almond milk, or add your favorite mix-ins, the possibilities are endless. Helpful tips and ideas are included on every package!
